Net promoter score surveys are sent to partners and consultants every time we work on a project, to track their response to our service levels and measure how close we are to our Best Service goal. Continuous service development is crucial and we rely on customer feedback as well as holding ourselves accountable against our service charters.
Our current NPS of 57 is classified as “Excellent”.
