We believe that every action has an impact, and we have an ethical responsibility to ensure that our impact as a company is positive.

This principle is embedded throughout our culture and reflected in our Purpose, Vision, and Values. It is demonstrated through our ongoing CSR commitments, employee-led initiatives, and the work carried out via our registered AB Charitable Trust, which has donated over $946,000 to charitable causes worldwide.

Latest Office Charity Activities

We regularly organise internal charitable initiatives, including employee-led fundraising, sponsored events, and volunteering opportunities.

This commitment to giving back is a core part of our mission to create a positive impact in the communities where we operate.

Dallas Soup Kitchen

Our Dallas team volunteered at the Stewpot to help serve over 300 meals to the community.

Peru Charity Auction

In May 2025, our global teams came together for a companywide charity auction, hosted by Director Daan Fokkema and featuring prizes donated by our employees. In just 2 hours we raised an incredible €11,435 to support the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust’s project in Las Laderas, Peru.

Brave the Shave

In October 2024, our Regional Head of Credit in Manchester, Nichola Grimshaw, shaved her head to raise over £500 for The Christie cancer hospital.

Laptop Donation

Our Amsterdam office donated 50 laptops, along with keyboards and other computer equipment, to Allemaal Digital, a charity providing students from underprivileged backgrounds with access to essential technology. By giving these devices a second life, we’re supporting local schools, reducing electronic waste, and helping cut our carbon footprint.

3 Peaks Challenge

Eight CMC colleagues from Manchester tackled the iconic Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the tallest mountains in England, Scotland, and Wales within 24 hours to raise £1,485 for Cancer Research UK.

Utrecht Singelloop

Volunteers from our Amsterdam office ran the Utrecht Singelloop in October 2024 to raise money for The Special Social Club. Each runner has raised €200 for the charity before the run.

Singapore Soup Kitchen

Employees from our Singapore office volunteered for cooking duty at the Willing Hearts Soup Kitchen, who provide free meals to elderly and vulnerable people. Amoria Group also contributed $2,500 to the charity.

Peru 2025

In June 2025, 10 volunteers from Coalesce Management Consulting’s global offices travelled to Las Laderas, Peru.

In this shantytown—one of the poorest regions in the world—the team lived alongside the community at Project Peru's children’s refuge and collaborated with local builders to construct the first of 20 homes and an additional comedor (soup kitchen), all funded by the AB Charitable Trust.

This marked our seventh volunteer trip since 2011. The trip was fully self-funded by the volunteers, who also organised fundraising activities to cover the costs of building materials and local labour.

Employee Volunteering

We encourage our employees to support causes that matter personally to them. That’s why we offer an annual paid volunteering day, allowing colleagues to dedicate time to fundraising or volunteer work for a charity of their choice. These initiatives create meaningful impact while inspiring others within the business to follow their own passions.

In addition, our local CSR committees regularly organise activities and events that foster community involvement. From volunteering to sporting challenges, our people take the initiative to make a difference.
