Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead a team managing DG projects from pre-application to operation.
- Promote a customer-centric culture fostering trust with customers and developers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external developers to streamline project progress.
- Manage daily operations, resources, and priorities with clear timelines.
- Drive process improvements and ensure data quality for program performance.
- Represent customer interests in strategic planning and regulatory filings.
- Oversee advisory services supporting developers on interconnection, rates, incentives, and grid conditions.
- Manage FERC 2222 aggregation processes for wholesale market participation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and technical standards; maintain documentation.
- Represent the company at industry events and participate in emergency responses.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years in customer/project management within energy or utilities.
- Preferred: Masters degree, experience in clean energy programs, project management tools, interconnection standards, and smart-grid technologies.
- Skilled in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, multitasking, and advanced Excel skills.
- Valid Drivers License.
Day-to-Day
- Lead team briefings, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
- Communicate with developers and stakeholders, track metrics, and optimize project delivery.
- Support cross-department meetings and respond to system emergencies as needed.
- Drive continuous feedback and service improvements.
