Planting trees
for a better future
As part of Amoria Group, we partnered with One Tree Planted in 2020 to fund reforestation efforts in key areas around the world. We plant one tree for every NPS survey completed, 10 trees each year for every CMC employee, 100 trees for every CMC expert consultant engaged on a new client project, 100 trees every time an employee is promoted internally to celebrate their career progression and 1,000 trees every time we open a new global office. Group-wide we planted a total of 61,815 trees in 2024, taking our total to 163,395 trees planted since July 2020!
Our trees are releasing 136 million kg of oxygen and absorbing 163.4 million kg of Co2.

UN Global Compact
We are proud participants of the UN Global Compact - the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. The UN Compact has set out 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) for businesses to strive towards by 2030. Below you can see the actions and progress we’re taking as a Group against each goal.
No Poverty
Through our group’s charitable foundation, the AB Charitable Trust, we’ve raised over £650,000 to support communities experiencing poverty. Since 2010, we’ve partnered with Project Peru to assist the community of Las Laderas – a shantytown in the foothills of Lima. Together with local residents, we’ve helped build more than 120 homes, four soup kitchens, and an extension to a children’s refuge. Each year, we continue to provide care packages and financial support to the community.
From our global offices, we also back local charities through regular fundraising activities, helping to reduce poverty and support those in need within our communities.
