Mobilisation
Once teams are in place, they're provided with a co-branded welcome pack from your business and CMC, detailing everything they need to know to hit the ground running on day one.
Site & system access will be requested early, along with NDA completion, to avoid delays on the start date.
Intake calls are scheduled as early as possible to finalise the scope. And supply chain and procurement connections will be made to build SoW / PO.
All of this is done ahead of time to ensure swift, delay-free mobilisation and get your team on site, delivering work.
Pricing
Just like our team and timeframe capability, our pricing model is simple and flexible to suit your project needs. We can structure pricing as a lump sum, a staged payment plan, or based on utilization by hours worked.
For Team on Demand quotes, we use an average bill rate multiplied by the number of resources assigned to the team, with any additional costs calculated by level of oversight and coordination required.
All of this will be discussed and agreed ahead of time, so there are no surprises and no delays in getting your project moving.
